[Jay Z should sue me for copyright] Over the course of one week, I've had the privillage to experience extremes in terms of judgement, conscience & ethics. These three factors have had claimed their spots in everyone's lives through time, so mine is no exception. You can choose to ignore them but they'll surface eventually. Or, you can choose to embrace them but you'd never be able to get used to it. Be it in the short or long run, they'll get to you anyway. They can take you by the hand & be your friends forever more. & yet they can strangle you by the neck or stab you in the heart from the back & you'd be at their mercy. You can't escape either outcomes & the circumstances that surface with them.
It's almost overwhelming having to inhale both the positivity & negativity these factors have to offer in the course of merely 7 days.
Grand opening was Monday, it was a great day that don't come by so often & yet it was impromtu. A great kick-start to the week ! Grand closing was Sunday, a day of mere simplicity. A sombre & clear end to the week. The in-betweens filled with mostly the negative pole of judgement, conscience & ethics. I came, I saw, I conquered - the events, the emotions, the limit-challengers. I'm not ever gonna take a chance at lifting my feet off my only goddamn ground.
