Sha GazeBanksMofaz & Clost :D I need a whole week off to spend time with Sha cos I haven't seen her since we went for the job application. I need meds to work quickly so Clost can get well & Bujang Lapok can be complete again. Right, that's another week wasted busting tables at Coffee Club. My body's getting way too adjusted to the working, sleeping & waking hours. Sure it's back-breaking but it beats rotting in front of this screen & keeps my chair from denting. Then again, it isn't really worth it but I still go for it. Hahaha. I'm whack. Let's see who I've spotted at work this week. There's Hatta Syed (Krayon), Diana (Aaron Aziz's wife), Qian (Sashimi's friend), Mabel (4E), Maxine (Closet), Mr Kamlesh+son & Allison (someone who knows me through Sarra?). Mmmhmm. It's sad they don't tip much. I figure spending the holidays this way defeats the whole purpose of holidays. It's more of something that keeps me away from enjoying myself & making up for loss times with the kids & people, instead of keeping me preoccupied. I feel like I finally need some me time, not those 'me time's I get sitting in the bus to & from work. It sucks, true, but I still want moolah. I get my Thursdays off. So kids, if you wanna hang, you know when to look me up! On my recent off day, I was supposed to meet my fucked up four-headed family but all of us had our own issues to deal with at the 11th hour. HT was being baby-sitted, Shah was sick, Syafiq was M.I.A., as usual, & I had a party to crash so I went on to head west of this shit country. Party wasn’t as good as the last ones, neither was it as good as Sarra made it to be. The people were nice though & prolly a quarter of them were from Adrie's scene. So the hopeful me eye-searched the whole house for Stone B but to no avail. I’m such a wuss I actually teared for a few seconds. Yak Yak Frick Frack. It sucked more so about 6 heads left & headed for Hard Rock Café till real late. I got an early shift on Friday & hung out with Skinneh at Fullerton till late. She was dead jealous of my shirt :D ZZOMG @ YOUR HAIR but it still looks good, no worries. Just like, Olivia+Akiko. MANS SO PWNS YOUR ASS. Hahahaha. We morphed into deep-shit talking, which was good in every way. Sometimes friendships start out srsly uncalled for. Like us. We were waaay uncalled for. Throughout the almost one year we met, we kinda switched lives. I was grounded back then when she was out every other day with a different face & now she’s grounded while I just hang out whenever I can. Time's getting way ahead of us. Everyone knows why. But does it scare the fuck outta you just yet? FOKYEAH for me.
Imma dive into something else which may or may not relate to you. In life, most of us have a choice but some of us just don't. Still we embrace it, strike off pretence, live with it & survive every shit hauled into our faces. Let that little something continue burning inside of us. When we get the golden chance, that's when really consider thoroughly & go all out for it to make the best of what's left in life for us. Some blessed ones get to keep their loved ones close, to hold their hands in case they stumble & to work it out, keeping their hearts warm regardless the distance, personality, needs, lifestyles. With all these contributing factors, that is when they truly can own the rainbow after every rain & not give a farting fuck about discriminations, being ostracized, treated differently & seen as inferiors to other human species.
So here's a toast to choices we’ll be proud of. & for self-love so true, it could sting enemies.
